To answer this question and to promote the personal development of prospective leaders at BARTEC, the global Human Resources (HR) team set up a leadership program that are aimed at at both aspiring and already experienced managers.
After 10 years since relocating the production facility from Gotteszell, Bavaria, to Reinbek, Schleswig-Holstein, BARTEC has fulfilled its 1000th trace moisture project HYGROPHIL F to Mitteldeutsche Netzgesellschaft Gas mbH, in cooperation with our partner PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH as the plant engineering company, marking an important milestone in the company's commitment to excellence and technological innovation when measuring moisture or trace humidity at low dew point temperatures in gases and liquids.
Pete Reynolds became part of the BARTEC team with the acquisition of Extronics but has been with Extronics since 2018. He is a Manufacturing Manager and part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Among other things, he is responsible for the smooth running of operations at the site in the UK. In this interview, he explains how his passion for manufacturing, teamwork and courage drive his day-to-day work.
For two decades, "Kreative Köpfe" (Creative Minds) has been motivating students to follow their inventiveness and spirit of discovery. Students between the ages of 13 and 18 who are enthusiastic about STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) can take part in the competition organized by the “Junge Kreative Köpfe” foundation and implement their project ideas with the support of experts from local companies.
