Depending on market requirements, our qualified and experienced trainers mentor young people individually in different training programs. Training content

  • Getting to know the basic logistical tasks of a company
  • Packing and packaging of consignments
  • Creation of shipping documents
  • Goods receipt and inspection
  • Posting of goods in the merchandise management system
  • Development of optimal flows of goods

Training content

  • Basics of technical drawing
  • Making sketches
  • Design , elaboration and calculation of components
  • Computer-aided design of components and assemblies with 3D programs
  • Create standard-compliant technical drawings
  • Use of information and communication technologies
  • Management of all relevant data in an ERP system
  • Project work getting to know the project process (planning, design, realization)

  • Good language skills in German and English

  • Basics of metal and electrical engineering
  • Installing electrical assemblies
  • Measuring and testing electrical quantities
  • Manufacture of mechanical, electrical and electronic components and assembly of complex systems
  • Maintenance and servicing of plant and machinery

 

What you bring with you

  • Intermediate school leaving certificate or very good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Enjoy working with metal, electrical and control technology
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Good language skills in German and English
  • Commitment, flexibility and the ability to work in a team

  • Basics of electrical engineering
  • Manufacture, assemble and wire electromechanical devices and assemblies and assemblies

Additionally, BARTEC offers high school graduates the opportunity to study in a dual program featuring alternating theoretical and practical phases. In collaboration with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, we offer the following study programs at our Mosbach and Bad Mergentheim (both Germany) locations:

What you can expect

  • In the Electrical Engineering degree program, you will study electronic circuits, programming and independent planning of electronic products in depth
  • During the practical phases, you will experience the entire product development process with us: from the idea to product development to the final customer solution
  • In the field of explosion protection, you will learn the basics of different types of ignition protection and their application in the development of mobile communication devices
  • This will give you a broad range of specialist knowledge and prepare you perfectly for working in our development department
  • In addition to software and hardware development, you will learn about circuit design and test, measurement and automation technology in more detail

  • Willingness to perform and enjoy working independently
  • Interested in technical issues and our products
  • Analytical and logical thinking skills

What you can expect

  • As an industrial engineer (m/f/d), you will play an important interface role between business and technical areas in our company
  • During the practical phases, you will be taught the basics of metalworking and get to know the various areas in the production process
  • You will also provide support in the areas of product management and development, quality assurance and purchasing as well as sales and marketing
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the product life cycle and independently manage projects such as market analyses, product tests, product launches and marketing concepts
