Welcome to ONE BARTEC! Our New Trainees are off to a Flying Start
At the beginning of September, BARTEC welcomed a new generation of seven trainees and students from various disciplines to its sites in Bad Mergentheim and Gotteszell
In Bad Mergentheim, four trainees and one student began their journey with a structured onboarding program, including company insights, safety training, MS Office basics, and team introductions. A highlight was the outing to the Waldenburg high ropes course, where teamwork and trust were strengthened despite rainy weather.
At the Gotteszell site, two new trainees joined the annual outing on September 3 with a canoe tour along the Schwarzer Regen river. Paddling through scenic landscapes, the group built strong bonds before enjoying a relaxed lunch together.
Both events emphasized collaboration, team spirit, and a successful start to training at BARTEC.
“With our own training program, we are counteracting the shortage of skilled workers and securing BARTEC’s next generation,” says HR Business Partner Daniela Hartsarich. At its two locations in Bad Mergentheim and Gotteszell, BARTEC educates a total of 30 young trainees and students in various apprenticeships and academic professions.
Looking ahead, the new recruits will support BARTEC in developing safety solutions for hazardous areas and gain valuable experience across projects and departments.
