Previous month, BARTEC organized a celebratory evening honoring jubilee employees in our headquarters in Bad Mergentheim, Germany. To mark 10, 25, or 40 years in the company, the evening gave recognition to all the anniversaries at the Bad Mergentheim, Gotteszell and Leipzig sites for their loyalty and hard work.
BARTEC CEO Dr Martin U. Schefter inaugurated the celebration with a heartfelt address, paying tribute to our long-serving employees: ‘’There are many anniversaries that we are celebrating tonight: 10 years, 25 years or even 40 years. Each jubilarian has their own personal story to tell. All of these stories and experiences have contributed to what BARTEC stands for as a company today: for excellence in the Ex area of products and solutions as well as continuity and cohesion in the area of employee retention. That is why I would like to emphasize this evening: Without you, we would not be where we are now; without you, BARTEC would not be able to celebrate its 50th anniversary next year.’’
