Reliable trace moisture measurement is essential for maintaining process safety, product quality and asset protection in industrial gas and liquid processing. Even small amounts of water can cause corrosion, hydrate formation or catalyst degradation.
The PMA-5674 Process Moisture Analyzer provides accurate and stable trace moisture measurement in gases and liquids, even under demanding process conditions such as high pressure or hazardous areas.
Using an optical fibre-based sensor technology, the analyzer delivers highly reliable detection of trace moisture at very low moisture levels with excellent long-term stability.
For demanding applications, sensors can be validated under near-process conditions prior to installation to ensure reliable measurement performance.
Combined with engineered sample conditioning solutions, in-line installation options and multi-channel analyzer architecture, the PMA-5674 enables efficient integration into complex industrial processes.
Typical applications include natural gas processing, LNG production, petrochemical processes, hydrogen infrastructure and specialty gas systems.
